Phone calls are rarely answered. Emails are responded to once every 10 days. Every time I’m able to reach someone and inquire about something they always refer me to the website. No one ever attempts in assisting with anything. The embassy should strongly consider hiring knowledgeable staff with proper training that actually care in assisting people with their needs.

Excellent experience I had while renewing my sons passports. The whole process was smooth running from calling , getting instructions then getting the appointment. Processing in the embassy was well organized , staff were helpful & professional.Every thing went well.Thanks to all the staff & the excellent service.

The have the worst representatives no phones calls answered no one speaks English IDK why they have that option and they hanged the phone on me just because I can’t speak Arabic. Rude people they got hired with ZERO knowledge what a shame

When I try to send mail for them, Canada Post always saying the Post Code that's been provided should be K1N 6P1 NOTK1N 7N3, can you fix that please?Also, I will repeat here, they never ever answer the phone calls at all, not sure why they doing that with their people, I have made more than 30 calls in the last 10 days! That's why I give them 1 star.

The worst service that can be provided and keep doing their best to do worse job. Super rude and don't assist with anything. I applied for my passport last August and with much of carelessness the employee replied it comes when it comes. The iraqi government is wasting money on them

Unfortunately they deserve a zero however it’s not even provided within google. They deliberately do not answer phone calls and emails and sometimes they block calls for almost a month. In cases of emergencies do not even rely on them.

They have very very poor service. Totally unprofessional disrespectful, they don't even deserve one star, They never ever answer the phone, than when people visit the Embassy they are asking why you are not calling before coming

My experience is extremely positive.I wanted to obtain few legal documents & didn’t have a clue where from. An extremely friendly, professional staff member walked me through the process via e-mails & returning phone messages. I have to mention the Consul Mr. Ahmad Hussein who was professional in dealing with my mom & I. He followed up with our situation & dealt with us directly & acknowledged us personally when we went to the Embassy in Ottawa to get the necessary documents. Very Proud of such people that represent my country.Layla Al-Raias
