I highly recommend this shop. Absolutely fantastic customer service.I have lived in the neighborhood for 25 years and have always driven by this shop. I only decided last year to start getting my car serviced here. All I can say is I wish I started coming 25 years ago. The services is fantastic and the man in charge is incredibly professional. The staff at Fountain Tire move in unison and all that I have dealt with treat me with honesty and respect.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would in a heart beat. They correctly diagnosed an issue with my blower motor that my previous mechanic missed, excellent customer service to say the least. Because of the excellent service I'll be a customer for life. Thank you to the amazing team for all.of there hard work and dedication. I couldn't be any happier.

This is the second time this place has come to my rescue. Today it was a massive bolt stuck right into my tire. Staff were professional, job was done quickly, price was perfect, even had my care driven right up to the door so I didn’t have to walk in the rain! Will definitely be back and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I have been going here for a few years and the service has always been excellent. Today my brake lights stopped working as I was driving by in the area and they immediately made time to fix them for me right away. I definitely highly recommend!

Hit or miss with this shop. Sometimes great service, sometimes they they waste your time.Made an appointment to have my AC recharged - Told them during the phone call it was a repaired car from an accident, so there was no refrigerant at all. They said no problem but I had to wait a week and a bit for an opening in their schedule.Upon waiting that week and dropping off the car, i get a call after 4 hours saying they weren't going to do it, because they only do it for cars they've replaced the AC lines on themselves.Why not tell me that and save me the hassle of waiting a week and dropping off a car at 8am for you to waste my time.

A Huge Thanks to everyone at Fountain Tire Sunnybrook. I ran over something in a construction zone that punctured my tire while traveling thru London. Fortunately I was able to limp into this location and received amazing service. They got me back on the road quickly despite how busy they were at the time. Thank You.
