What a fantastic purchasing experience I just had, buying my new Dartmoor DJ bike. I had sent a message to the team rather late at night and had a response nearly instantly from Tate. Tate was fantastic to work with, offering an incredibly professional experience. There was full transparency regarding pricing breakdowns, detailed overviews of what I was looking at purchasing and information on the different bikes I was looking at for my needs. I made a mistake on my order when choosing some extra parts to be installed and they were lightning fast to help me out and fix my issue, even though the fault was mine. Top tier service, would highly recommend. Never seen a bike shop so attentive and quick to help/get stuff done as this one. I will be back again soon!

Zm Cycle is by far the best bike shop I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. I live in Alberta and have purchased a few frames and parts from Zm over the years and I would recommend thier services to anyone.

ZM is my go to destination over all others in the city. You name it … I’ve been there. Nowhere else are you welcome without any of the snobbery or elitism that unfortunately is common with many bike shops. The staff, especially Andrew … are professional, courteous, thoughtful and hard working. This past long-weekend Andrew even took the time to answer numerous questions over social media on a statutory holiday concerning my custom build. They will forever have my loyalty, patronage and hard earned dollars. Bravo.

They defrauded me!!My bike's pedal was broken and I went to buy spare parts from them, although they said they would not demand labor, they cut extra money from me.(I told them that I could fix it myself. than The young boy who worked there he said that the repair fee was free.)Money is not earned easily at this time!!If you want to be respected, I recommend you to go to other stores.Thank you.2020/06/08

I was in the market for an inexpensive replacement for a cracked frame when an online ad steered me to ZM Cycle and Fitness. I was glad it did. Within an hour of arrival I was on my way home with most everything required to get me back on the trail ASAP. On budget and on time. Prices are *very* reasonable and Ziggy(?) knew his stuff, capably discussing the the technical minutiae of frame builds. I found the experience refreshing. Photo: Getting Primal in the Don Valley.

I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, but I've had a pleasant experience with Ziggy and another younger employee.I left my neglected cannondale to be serviced and returned a few days later to a new beast!They were very upfront and transparent with the pricing of their services and the store was crammed full of bike parts. This shop is definitely my go to now.

Came to ZM Cycle as they are a very close to my place and I was referred to them in the past. Was met by Ziggy. Im not sure about all the comments indicating he's rude and disrespectful. I certainly didn't see that. I explained I knew nothing about bikes but I needed a new flywheel (having been told by someone else). He was very patient with me and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be fixed - a new flywheel along with a new chain & a tuneup. He was very transparent and indicated to me off the hop that the parts alone for this bike (avoiding the use of cheaper parts) was going to run me $200. Again - I know nothing about bikes and hadn't done any other research. He told me I would be looking at $350 tops with everything and reassured me that he does not go over his quotes barring unforeseen circumstances. He was not busy when i got there and it took him about 2-3 hours before he called me back. When i arrived he told me it came out to less, $330. I was a mildly happier to hear this since since i was paying almost as much in repairs as i paid for the bike 6-7 years ago. ($400). Turns out theres this thing called taxes and so i ended up paying $372. I was under the impression when he said “all-in” this would have been included - but guess not. Either way - the bike probably feels better than the day I bought it and looks new. He really did a good job. Could i have shopped around and maybe saved some money - probably! Did he complete the job quickly and efficiently - yes! I cant give him a bad review for things i didn't ask and research i didn't do beforehand. One thing is for sure - the bike looks and feels great! Hope i wont have to come back so soon!

Had a friend recommended ZM cycle & Fitness. The shop is amazing!!! They stock very nice solid bikes. I got my Banshee Rune V3 built from the ground up. Andrew the bike wizard took the time to confirm components, set up future mods, asked all the right questions that a customer can want to hear. So detail oriented, Truly an amazing experience with having the owner Ziggy there. The guy is a bike magician. I would highly recommend this shop. You want to upgrade your old wheels this is the place to go. So many custom options. Great value for what your after. Expertise and experience shows greatly in this shop. You get full service in or on the spot. Stop by to see what these guys are all about. Cant wait for the complimentary tune up. Thank you again for building my dream bike!!!
