This is a great service! Getting my dog to a vet office can be a huge issue with her stress levels and problems with other animals, so this was an amazing solution for getting her help. Dr Maldonado really took the time to understand what was going on with my dogs anxiety and what would be the best solutions, and was really great at explaining what was going on so I understood it. Very knowledgeable about medications and gave me some great options for supplements to help my aging pup. I'm really hopeful that the plan he came up with for her will greatly improve her quality of life. Couldn't be happier with my appointment and will definitely be going back to him with any future problems!

Dr. Russell was great! Was able to book quickly online with her and my appointment started promptly on time. She was thorough on getting my dog’s history and asking about her current state. Will definitely use her again for any of my animals!

Dr. Rockey is undoubtedly a top-notch veterinarian. Her compassion was evident immediately with the way she interacted with us and Bridgette. She was quite knowledgeable yet easy to talk to and explained things clearly and concisely. She was very attentive; she answered all of our questions thoughtfully and listened to everything we had to say. This was none more evident than when she caught a medication mistake that our former vet had made. Bridgette was prescribed two NSAIDS that should have NEVER been given together. Neither of the vets we had seen previously were able to spot this error and Dr. Rockey's extensive knowledge and level of attention she showed us saved our puppum from a near fatal medication oversight. We cannot say enough about Dr. Rockey and the high bar she set for us regarding remote vet appointments. If the rest of the vets working with Vetster are anything close to the caliber of Dr. Rockey then we will be vociferously loyal patrons of their service.

This was my first time using a telehealth vet, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But Dr. Suzi Zuztiak was great and so friendly and knowledgeable! This was a very nice and stress free (for both me and my dog) experience. :) Very happy! Thank you so much!

Glad I found this site. It saved me from trying to get my 90lb dog with arthritis in her hind end to the vet saving her and myself a lot of stress. The Dr was great and gave me the info I needed and prescribed the medication with in minutes of the call.Hoping these new meds will have my pup with us longer than expected and make her more comfortable.

I had a wonderful chat with Dr. Jennifer Owen. I have a cat with a history of urinary issues and maybe a little heavier than he should be. She gave me some great advice on the correct diet for my cat and told me how to check he's the correct weight for his build and lifestyle. Dr Owen also explained what happened with the past urinary issue he had and what to look out for should it occur again, she also told me what kind of further investigations he should have if he's diagnosed with it again. All in all my appointment with Dr Jennifer Owen was very informative and I have come away with a much better understanding of my cats needs. She really knows her stuff.
