The most inefficient service I ever accessed. Waited to see a doctor from 9pm to 5am yesterday and eventually decided to leave because I was hungry and in so much pain. Some of the staff were really friendly whereas some nurses were not approachable at all. Every time I asked for the approximate wait time, all they could say was “we are not sure.” Despite letting them know that I was in pain and would like to see someone asap, I didn’t get any help or attention. I’m an international student and I didn't feel cared for at all.

You might wait a while but the staff really care about their patients! I was given great care and everyone was so warm and kind! Thank you all for your hard work. You’re making it look easy and I know it’s not. Thank you!

Spent 4 hours in the waiting room, pain increasing, condition deteriorated, I passed out twice and was hyperventilating and crying in pain the entire time. No one checked on me, never seen by anyone. I told the triage nurse waiting was making me actively worse, exacerbating my migraine and triggering sciatic pain, she just said ‘it’ll be a long wait’. I said I’ll have to leave so I can lie down at home, was not offered anything but a shrug and let me leave. Condition has continued to deteriorate overnight but I’ll just die I guess.

I went to the ER yesterday with my daughter who is 17 weeks pregnant, 17 weeks seems to be a grey area for pregnancy related treatment. She had placed a call to the facility that is following her through her pregnancy and they did not have a spot to fit her in, advised to visit the ER if she had concerns.Upon arrival the ER was packed. About 2 hours into our visit, the “treatment co-ordinator” came to the main wait area to make an announcement about why things were so packed and slow moving. She said generally you will be seen by a doctor in about 6 hours from your arrival time, at that point a few people decided to leave. After about 4 hours we were taken to the blue zone, where we sat for another few hours, then to a room with a bed. At 1 am, 11 hours after we arrived she still had not seen a doctor and I made an inquiry as to how much longer it may be. I was told 1-4 more hours “probably”. At which point I messaged her husband so he would know not to expect her home anytime soon. He and I decided that maybe we would switch places and he would come for the duration and I would head home….What a disgrace this place has become, I understand that the healthcare system has taken a hit due to covid, funding and healthcare worker shortage. The triage and zone system could however be reevaluated. At under 20 weeks of pregnancy it seems issues aren’t a big deal as the fetus is not viable at that stage however, certain complications can be life threatening to the pregnant mother, and it should be assessed in that manner (this is one of those type of complications). My daughter decided to leave at the 11th hour, as did another patient. It is extremely sad that in such a great country where we pay high taxes for medical care that we have to make a decision to leave the ER out of frustration. And the treatment co-ordinator needs to be more transparent when making an “announcement”, if the wait is going to be actually 12-15 hour say that, undercutting the time frame by half was a horrible decision on her part.I work in healthcare myself and I am just simply so very disappointed in the failure of our urgent care system.

Hello, I was in extreme pain, on Friday March 3rd, a few hours ahead of the biggest snowstorm of the year so far. Er. admitted me quite quickly, with the amount of pain I was in. They took me to triage, checked my condition, and inserted a catheter, instantly drain about 2 liters of fluid from my bladder, and the pain was gone, then waited several hours for the in-house doctor to come by for assesemt? was discharged, overall I am thankful for my treatment. Thanks again to the nurses and doctors for my treatment Ross

After 10 hours, a total of one blood test and one urinalysis were completed. Did not see a doctor whatsoever. No estimated wait time. Sitting in waiting areas the whole time (except for 5 minutes to get blood drawn and pee in a cup).Staff seems friendly enough, but seems like they either don't have enough staff or equipment, or both.

Waited 4 days to go to a chiropractor cause my jaw was in excruciating pain when eating. He told my to go the the ER if it persisted, it fid and i went. Waiting 5 hours to hear 'take an advil and come back in a couple days if it still hurts'. The utter incompetency makes wasting 5 hours waiting sting even more. Dont even bother going.

Drank 8 prime energy drinks in the span of 12 hours and had to go here. Later that night, I left with a bottle of antidepressants. Over all, a good experience, five stars. Definitely doing it again. Would recommend

They don’t prioritize problems. I waited 10hrs to be seen meanwhile my rash got to a bleeding point. I couldn’t breath without putting pressure on my chest. And I couldn’t sit in their chairs anymore. The one nurse forced me to take Tylenol with milk after I begged not to and never checked on me afterwards. I just ended up passing out from the pain like I told her I would if I did take it. Just terrible. And no decency for anyone in the waiting rooms
