Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience recently. I wanted a customized blinds to block out my French door in the bedroom early last December and I went to Kingston Paint. Keri McAdoo, window treatment specialist, took this project. The first vision of blinds didn’t work out so she redid it. It still didn’t work perfectly and Keri said she would order a few parts to fix it. Now it’s been 5 months, I still haven’t gotten the final touch. I gave up. Just remind any of you who are planning to order window treatments from them, give a second thought.

Amazing service. I ordered what I thought I needed and they clearly recognized I had no idea what I was doing and called me to make sure I got what we actually needed. It was the best and I’ll never shop anywhere else. Their new sign looks awesome too!

Kingston Paint & Decorating gives me a warm feeling whenever I'm there. The knowledgeable staff really makes a difference; they're local, independent and where I spend my disposable income matters. I will not go anywhere else for my paint and decorating needs.

Terrible customer experience.Rude staff. They are very unwilling to help out customers, even though they are sitting at their desk. Felt like I was left to fend for myself, even after I asked for help.Will not give them my business.

Rudest staff I have ever encounteredWalked in faced with 3 employees standing at desk starring at us looking like we interrupted them.No hello, can we help you...one.employee started talking about us entering the store 15 minutes before they closed? Needless to say we left.Second experience with this store ...not helpful staff at all..will never go back

In my three visits over a one week period I have found each of the employees I dealt with helpful and well informed. The service has been fast each time, as well. Samples for most colours are pre-mixed and so can be picked up quickly.

I've been using this business for several years. Lots of painting in rentals. The staff are very knowledgeable. I can literraly call in an order now and its ready for pick up within the hour. Love this place!
