I would like to thank David and Hamed at Good Access Company for their excellent customer service. They are extremely professional and carrying. They were able to rent a few stuff in such a rush without making me wait. When it came to buying the equipments, they were so knowledgable, professional and very accommodating. The home installer, Jun was very professional, did an excellent job installing grab bars and cleaned up after his work.Thank you for making my experience in this difficult time so pleasant. I'm extremely happy and highly recommending your shop to my family and friends. Your shop with professional service is a great gem in our city!

I am deeply disappointed with the company. There were delays in delivering the stair lift and it was faulty. The salesman argued with me that there is nothing wrong the stair lift and nothing will be done to fix it. It took five weeks for the salesman to admit that the stair lift is in fact faulty and decided to fix it. I am told it will take approximately another five weeks to fix it while my wife is suffering.The order was placed on September 20, 2021 and I may get the system by the end of February 2022, no promises. A very disappointing experience for a Cadillac of stairlifts.

Just had three gorgeous grab bars installed by Denis with The Good Access Company & can't say enough about the quick turnaround time to book, install & the amazing precision work by Denis. Would recommend this company to anyone requiring any assistance devices!! Top notch!

Our first experience with The Good Access Company was this past August and last week Marc came back to relocate and install a lift from a friend’s house to our place. Once again, we were recipients of service excellence!!!! Marc is one of the most personable and friendly and proficient technicians you could ever ask for to come Into your home and he is an awesome representative and ambassador for your company..His helper John was just great as well and the two of them worked seamlessly together. It was clearly evident they liked working together and were a blast to chat with !Thanks Marc and John for a job well done. The staff are very professional, friendly and super accommodating. I rented a scooter to use during my vacation. The disability scooter arrived during the drop-off time arranged as well as for pickup. The disability scooter suited my needs perfectly and I used it to get around Ottawa; without it I would have been very limited to what I would have been able to sightsee during my stay. Only one complaint, I had to charge the battery even when I was out and about, as the battery didn’t hold a charge as long as it should for this type and size mobility scooter. There was an Emergency after hours number I could have called if needed if the scooter had run out of all power but thankfully I always made it back to where I was staying, but sometimes just barely. However, I would still recommend them for their services and will use them again.

I'm Shocked and impressed by the quality and the care provided by this compagny. I need to rent a wheelchair temporarily for my dad. They were so helpful and spot on with their service. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is phenomenal. I will always come here. Service with a smile! Love these people.Thank you so much.

I needed to arrange a wheelchair for my father and had called a couple of other places first. Hamed was quick to return my call, was helping, understanding of my father's needs and was professional. The delivery took place quickly and on time. The wheelchair was in good working order and was what was needed. I recommend this company and plan to use their services again.

PLEASE NOTE: anyone who has the gov't health care plan it WILL NOT pay for this bed unless it meets the Dr's criteria.Had to purchase a lift, hospital bed for my husband who is bed ridden and wheel chair. Access Mobility fitted the wheelchair to him and his needs perfectly. They have installed the lift for us and today the hospital bed. EVERYONE was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone!!!

We were very fortunate in that we had a used chair lift gifted to us. We looked to The Good Access Company to install the lift and we could not be happier with their service. The lift was older and needed a new battery, a charger and other extra parts. They had it all even a remote control. The two gentlemen that installed the lift were nothing but professional and proficient in their work. We are so, so happy with their service.
