Very rude man working here August 28, 2022 . I was there at 4:00 p.m at the Northgate mall location. Owner is lying, mall closes at 5:00 p.m and they were open when I was there at 4:00 p.m. Very unprofessionally of owner to lie.

The one and only #1 Store in the North side or perhaps in the City of Edmonton. A wide selection of vape units along with flavors/accessories to choose from. The owner along with his staff members want you to walk out happy from the store whether you bought something or not. Chris (owner) is not there to take your money but is there to sell you reliable items at a very fair price. His customer service skills and experience is what makes you want to meet him and be his regular customer. He's great at what he does and very well knows his products, any problems with your vape units, visit his store and with no doubt he will exactly know the solution to your problem.

The owner is a rude guy.. ordered glass for my vape. I decided to change my vape and called them to undo the order and nobody answered.. and he treated me like a dog infront of a line of people. Disrespectful and rude.

Good selection of products, excellent customer service and decent pricing. Went in knowing nothing about vapes and the guy in there were super kind, profesional and informative. Will be going back for all my vaping needs. I whole heartily recomend visiting this shop!

Shopped there for about 8 years. Good to have because so few stores that sell cigarettes left. They were nice and sympathetic and knowledgeable employees.
