If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Virginia helped my fiancé and I choose and order two beautiful wedding bands. She was so patient as we were a little indecisive, and she offered very helpful and informative advice. She alleviated all anxiety that comes along with choosing a piece of jewelry you will wear your whole life, and made the experience fun. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we will be exclusively shopping at People’s with Virginia for our jewelry from now on!!!

Amazing experience! Had to get some jewellery inspected, but didn't have all the paperwork. Maryam was so helpful and patient and contacted customer service. They were able to help find the paperwork, and get everything inspected!

I went to Fairview mall for shoes and ended up leaving with a wedding band. Belinda (i think that’s her name) gave me the best customer service and helped me find the perfect band that I never thought I would find. She was amazing and so attentive to my style and preferences. Great location!

I am came in about 3 weeks ago to get my engagement ring resized and was served by Jeahn. She was super friendly, extremely helpful and also knowledgeable. I was told my ring would take 6 weeks but was able to get my ring back in 3 and was once again served by Jeahn. Amazing customer service and would definitely recommend going with Peoples for all your jewelry needs!Thank you Peoples!

Virginia helped us pick out a wedding band to go with an odd shaped engagement ring. From the moment she greeted us to the time we walked out she was stellar. She listened to what we were asking and knew her inventory and was able to direct us immediately to a matching band. She had a great sense of humour and was refreshing to deal with. She is the reason we would return and recommend this store. Thank you for taking pride in your job and customer service, it is becoming rare in the retail business.

Belinda the store manager at Fairview Park Mall Kitchener was very accommodating. She went out of her way to replace my lost earring which me and my mom bought on march 5, 2023. We didn’t expect that the lost earring would get replaced without any cost. Very thankful for her amazing customer service.

Told her exactly what I was looking for and my budget .. she helped me find something right away. I was in a rush and she truly understood that and helped me so swiftly! This review is long overdue. We have been dealing with People's for many many years now and with Belinda in particular and have always received exceptional service.Belinda and her entire staff go above and beyond helping us and ensuring we have everything we need each and every time we shop there. Even when we're just in for our routine inspections, we're treated with the same amazing service and attention as when we're shopping for a new piece of jewellery. We don't shop anywhere else. Love this store and all the hardworking staff. Thank you for always taking such amazing care of us.
