Throughout my time as an employee with KidsKare agency I learned many skills that assisted with my professional growth. The management team was always supportive and taught me a lot about how to work effectively as a Child and Youth worker. While working full time, the owner was always accommodating to rotate shifts within my schedule which ensured a positive work/life balance. This agency always puts the clients best interests first and supports youth through relationship-based practice which I enjoyed.

Run by very unprofessional people who think “r*tardation” is still in the DSM-5. Feel so so so bad for the kids.

I am still a current employee at Kids Kare since 2020 I was hired before my last exam I came in to do an orientation shift first to see how I would like it, it was where I wanted to be without a shadow of a doubt. Almost three years later and the only thing that has changed is my hair colour. I can’t think of a better agency who brings in clients at their worst, with so many heart breaking stories to come into the homes we have provided with the qualified caregivers who are ready and eager to get to know these youth, gain their trust and build relationships. Our agency is not only a therapeutic program it is also an emotional rehabilitation for our youth in the way they see their caregivers everyday/all day through so many ways emotional support, a sound board to get out all their feelings in a safe and nonjudgmental environment it could easily just be tucking them in, playing with them and helping them remember what fun, healthy childhood is like ,being here when they walk in after school having snacks ready, showers ready and daily routines . But most importantly they find their voice is being heard, they find their needs are being met, they find the courage in themselves to keep going because finally they have someone who believes in them. This is what our agency is truly about and so much more. I am so proud, and thankful that I am a part of this family

I was an employee for KidsKare agency for half a year in one of their homes. I really enjoyed my time there and learned valuable first hand experience for working with youth which I still use today. I felt confident with the team there and supported by management.I would go back to work there in a heart beat.

This place is AAAA+ this home was awesome recommend it good really good hire if u want the kids are 100 under ok good home

Awful place. Was a terrible experience living in one of their homes. Should be investigated and shut down.
