Service is exceptional! I trust Patti with my whole family. She shares knowledge as needed without overwhelming or downplaying concerns. Our family also gets our flu shots and shes so patient. Fantastic pharmacist!!

The Owner is a disgusting a human being, the way she belittles her staff and customers. She's very uneducated when you ask questions and if she doesn't know the answer she shoots from the hip and discredits major leading universities academia in a profound rude fashion to cover up her lack of knowledge.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. The pharmacist left a large pharmacy because she was frustrated at how poorly they treated their customers. She wanted to work in an environment that focused on the customer, and it really shows in the way she runs her business. I have moved my family's prescriptions from Rexall to here, and we couldn't be happier.

I will NEVER go to another pharmacy. The owner/operator of this pharmacy is simply fantastic! She's certified to do injections, she knows/reminds you when your scripts are due, she spends time with you to educate you on your unique needs, and (unlike many of the highly corporatized pharmacies), she's in the business of doing right by you not by any corporate overlords. I just can't say enough good things about this business.

Got my vaccine at this location today. The staff were warm and professional. The pharmacy has lots of interesting brands that you don’t see at other stores. I purchased a few items and received a discount as a reward for getting vaccinated. It’s a bit out of my way for regular shopping but if I am in the area and need anything, I will definitely be stopping in.

Best service I have ever gotten at a pharmacy! Went there today (Aug 14th) just before close and the pharmacist was more than helpful and friendly when trying to figure out what was going on with my Out of province (Alberta) health card. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed at all and she was very informative on what I was getting. If I lived here this is the pharmacy I would go to- easily 12/10 rating

Patty is incredible. I am terrified of needles and Patty was accommodating, beyond compassionate and made me feel so comfortable getting my COVID vaccines. Highly recommend Patty and Derrick. Thank you both so much. I could not have done it with out you.
