WOW!!! Just had a 90 min deep tissue massage with Carolyn at Bodyworks and feel like I'm walking on a cloud. What a way to start your day. Ultra spotless and off the charts friendly office. The people are as amazing behind the desk (the owner is often there with a smile making sure your experience is perfect) as the therapists. I cannot say enough about Carolyn and her knowledge of the human physique and can't wait for my next appointment.

Highly recommend visiting Janna at Bodyworks. She does such a great job at relieving muscle pain and tightness and is very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure my skin sensitivities were considered with the lotion she used to ensure I wouldn’t have a reaction. Janna is so personable and makes you feel so comfortable during the visit.

Relaxing atmosphere, friendly professional staff, great massage. Marcel was awesome. He really helped to release tension in my neck and shoulders that was causing nerve entrapment. It was a great massage and experience overall. I’ll definitely be going back and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Came in with a tense back and neck, I had trouble getting out of bed, just one session with Klaryssa and it feels like nothing happened at all! I feel so relaxed and calm. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!!

It was my first visit to the clinic, and was immediately welcomed by their friendly reception. My therapist was Samantha and before my treatment she asked me questions about some of my pain points. She addressed all the areas and I feel she spent an even amount of time on all parts. She was friendly, soft spoken and very professional. At the end, I was given a warm face cloth to wipe myself down. I have never had this before, and also was welcomed to take some epsom salts home. What a great touch! No pun intended. Will I go back? I already booked my August with Samantha. Thank you Body Works for a great experience.

I went in with a shoulder problem. I said if there was time to also work on the upper back. The MT asked if I wanted her to work on the lower back. I said sure but the priorities are the shoulder and then the upper back". She spent a lot of time working on my lower back and only got to the shoulder towards the end and didn't spend enough time on it. It felt like she had a preset back massage and was unable to adjust it to my specific need. For the cost

I've had great experiences getting chiropractic adjustments from Dr. Rodrigues. She is very knowledgeable and put me right at ease. I was a bit hesitant at first because I have had a lot of neck pain and was worried how adjusting it would go. She made sure to explain everything she was doing and I really appreciated how she was very gentle and cautious when adjusting my neck.After 1 visit I started getting relief and noticed a huge difference! The atmosphere is very relaxing and everyone is super friendly. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Rodrigues as she genuinely seems interested in you as a person and in helping your body deal with the everyday aches and pains to keep you going.

I had a 90 minute massage with Tracie today and I can honestly say that it was the best massage I have ever had. The woman at the front desk was helpful and kind, the space was calming, clean and comfortable. Tracie was amazing! She asked me some questions at the beginning, focused on where I said I had some discomfort and really did a wonderful job. I sometimes get a little anxious in new places and that wasn't the case at all, everyone made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend Bodyworks to anyone!
