The attendant needs to be a little more respectful and improve his people skills. The prices are very high but we did have fun on the safari bikes.

Honestly, not sure if my expectations were set too high but my family rented 2x 4seater tandem bikes and the seats were uncomfortable. They were not adjustable and had difficulty pedalling. Paid around $68 for the 2 for about and hour worth of time. Kids liked it but they stated the same regarding the seats. Glad to have experienced it but probably not going to do it again.

We rented a bike for my family of four. Staff was friendly, but the bike we got was broken or something because even as I rode off solo, I struggled to move it.When I met up with the family it wasn't any easier at all and had to cut it short after only a 10 min ride.I called the owner and he apologized. Found it had a branch stuck in there and refunded my money. No harm, no foul. Except for some sore legs. (Didn't miss leg day today.)

My family and I all had a fantastic time renting a bike today. The 5 of us were all able to fit on one bike. The young fellow in charge was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend trying it out.

The bikes have no reflectors or bells. You don't get a lock so you can stop for coffee or ice cream. No helmets. No maps or even directions on how to get to the bike path.

Tons of fun taking the kids out on a tandem bike ride through the park .Took one out for an hour and saw most of the park and had a blast. Worked up an appetite for Sargeant Sundae

A lot of poor service...bikes were in poor shape. Gearing didn't work., no locks available, and a sullen attendant to boot.

Worker was inexperienced and allowed 4 adults on one bike that only had 2 pedals. Maximum weight restriction of 500lbs. The bike that we had was only good for 2 adults. Seats were uncomfortable and one of the seats didn't seem to be very stable. Poor recommendations and not very good service.

Fantastic family run novelty bike shop in the heart of Assiniboine Park. Chad and Kim are lovely people and the staff are always warm and inviting. One of the must do activities in the park!
