The branch office has helped us multiple times over the years....they were quick to respond and go above and beyond to help. Lorne is so funny and knows how to lighten the mood and keep you laughing. He stayed beyond closing to get our loan through for that day!!

They don't open at 830 like the site says, they are very unorganized they say one thing and call back with another very unorganized. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Lorne was a great help and was able to find me a great loan that suited me and my needs! He even helped me pay down debt and was super helpful when it came to uploading documents. Every step of the way he was there to call and update me on exactly where the process was.Overall a great service with great customer support

I looked at their rates via Credit Karma, it estimated 17k on a 10k loan with their insurance. I asked when they called for the insurance to be taken off and then I was quoted 22k payback.... Thats more than double! This is a complete rip off and I will not proceed with anything from these sharks. They prey on people with low credit scores, then charge them through the roof with excessively high interest rates. If you cant afford it, either save for it or go without!

I had a wonderful experience with the silvercreek Guelph branch. The two gentlemen who helped with my transaction was Amar and Lorne. They were so compassionate and understanding. They took the time to explain. I hit an unfortunate issue with my health and they were both there to help me through it. Thank you again, you went above and beyond!!

Personally the people who work here at this branch are great for customer support if you decide to answer one of the 8 calls per day. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The one big issue I have with fairstone is their way of manipulating young adults into getting loans within an hour of calling to do the “quick quote”, and not even discussing the interest rate. They rushed me into getting this loan over the phone and didn’t discuss many details of the loan. Very disappointed with that aspect but extremely Helpful people at this branch! Just wish I never took a loan out to begin with, with these Brutal rates.
