Was there to order and the guy behind the counter was handling raw chicken and did not wash his hands. He went from raw chicken to packing people's food to handling the cooked donar meat. That's a Heath code violation. Will not eat here again.

Cut their portions back to child size. $18 and they put my rice and skewer in a tiny bowl that wasn’t even half full. This place has gone way down hill.

Generally I love Mezza but on this latest visit the poutine was way too salty and they mixed lettuce in with the shawarma chicken in the family pack which ruins it and removes all possibility of left overs.Update* Emailed back and forth with Adam from Mezza. He advised me that the lettuce is intentional for presentation". I think it's terrible to have lettuce mixed in. Trying to heat lettuce and chicken later makes a soggy gross mess. His suggestion was to request they don't add the "lettuce bed"."

Menu changes, not as good as it used to be, CHEAP whole bowl is basically lettuce not their mixed greens literally a different kind of lettuce, did not ask me what I wanted on it or offer any toppings..... had a couple pickles, turnip and the chicken on top of a whole bowl of lettuce.

Mezza new no cheese poutine.Dear owners, the photo is not fair as I ate the five grains of cheese that was on it before. as unfair as being served that no cheese surprise. I mentioned the lack of cheese to your employees when I was served, they told me it was the weighted amount of cheese prescribed by management. You want me to contact you as you mention above, why?

I have ordered veggie lebanese platter online.After picking up the order, I came home and noticed lentil and rice are very soggy and runny which wasn't the case in the past.Since I live nearby, I went back to the store and asked employees about the food quality and they responded this is how it should look like.I asked for the replacement and they asked me to pay 17$ again which I never expected in service industry.In summary, I would say that the customer service is very poor and staff don't have any skills to apologize with the customer or talk to the customer. Very unprofessional behavior. Employee named Sunny was taking the lead and explaining me that he is working in Mezza for the last 12 years and lentil and rice were always the same which kind of surprises me.Date of the order 8 DEC around 4:30 p.m.Suggestions: Please train your staff on how to treat a customer and not behave like they own the whole Mezza franchise.

Placed an order for pickup. Arrived when we were advised it was going to be ready, no employee had any idea we placed the order. After 5-10 minutes of getting that sorted and proving we paid, I've now had the privilege of sitting here for 20-30 minutes watching other orders get made while waiting for mine.

I was at the Herring Cove Rd location last Thursday, March 2nd, '23. The woman who was working there that morning went above and beyond for me! Her friendliness, her professionalism, and her customer service generally, was outstanding. She really was so lovely to deal with, I'll happily go back again and hope she's on shift. Give this woman a raise!

15 dollars for a few sprigs of lettuce and a sprinkle of chicken. I used to go there several times a week. I’m done, they have increased their prices and are so stingy with their chicken with the motive of getting you to ask for double chicken to get an extra 5 dollars out of you. I’m so tired of the greed and gouging. I have gone elsewhere!

I was new to this kind of cuisine and hadn't tried a lot of what I ordered, but it all looked and tasted delicious! I think my favorite thing was the garlic sauce; it went great with the meat and rice I ordered. The staff were very friendly as well. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be coming back!
