I had a great first impression and the work (which was a rush job) was done on time. The cost was very reasonable, especially given that they were under a time restraint. However, when I went to pick the order up, a mistake had been made. One of the employees asked me what difference does it make?" They did promise to fix it and we discussed what it would look like to cover the mistake. They were to call when it was done. 10 minutes before it absolutely had to be finished

Absolute pleasure to deal with at every stage. We decided last minute to make some heat transfer shirts and a couple embroidered hoodies for my race team. Marlene was a huge help with designs and got the order done beautifully and within a very short deadline. I'll be ordering more.

I had a last minute request that needed to get done in 24 hours for a gift for my sister's wedding anniversary. From the moment I phoned the service was exceptional. They made me feel welcome and that my small one item order was important to them. To top it off, the price was very reasonable. Thanks to Laine for the great email communication and on site experience, and to the person who did the work. I definitely recommend this and will be back.

We called Embroidery Classics from out of province, looking for a less than 24 hour turn around and they knocked it out of the park. When we called to ask for addition hats 1 hour later, they were happy to add them to the order. Fantastic service, will definitely use them again!

Can't say enough good things. Marlene is a boss woman entrepreneur who takes great pride in her company- and it shows. Her attention to detail and customer service is incredible. Our orders are always prompt, accurate, and high quality. She has supplied my restaurant business with all promotional materials from aprons for the servers, masks, chef coats and pants, company t-shirts, and even the professional qr code stickers on our tables for virtual menus (very useful these days). Go to her for all your business promotional needs- you won't be dissapointed.

I found Embroidery Classics via an online search, as I need a logo embroidered on some company clothing. I was amazed at how great the service and quality was. I was on a very short deadline, and they turned it around in a couple of days, and the products looked amazing. (also, way before my deadline). I will definitely be sending all my embroidery to them from now on.

Absolutely amazing work, and prices are very fair. I had A design that i wanted To get for a custom hat, and everywhere else couldn’t do it. This shop got it done, and even above and beyond what i could Have ever wanted or imagined. The prices were fair to how much work and the quality of work, and they had it done in record time. Thanks so much and i have my embroidery shop for any future projects

150% satisfied with the work that was done by this lovely team! Brought in a custom design and they followed it to a T and made sure to double check every detail before production and happily made any changes they needed to to have it fit nicely on the hat- because after all, they are the professionals! Got the hat done on a EXTREMELY tight deadline and for an amazingly fair price! The custom hat was a gift and it was received with complete elation! I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be going back again! BIG THANKS TO THE EMBROIDERY CLASSICS TEAM!!
