its a nice area to spend the evening/afternoon at. they have shops nearby so you can always grab something to eat while you take in the sights.there is a small park for the kids and a gazebo which makes for nice photo ops.

The Service I received was fine. But their parking dispute system is broken!! If I show up in person, I should be able to dispute it in person.But you have to make an screening appointment, to which if you miss it your fine will increase. I think this was setup so people could roll over and pay fines and swallow their pride.

Came in on Friday Jan 10th 2020 at 11:30 AM. When I asked about what a potential resolution is for my parking situation (more cars than garage space), I was told with a sarcastic attitude to “get a bigger garage” and it’s the homeowners problem. Customer service for taxpayers should be maintained at a higher level of quality and basic human decency. Many people with customer service experience would gladly take a job like that and still have a smile on their face.

Beautiful locations with historical value and parks for children to play at. Includes many pokemon gyms and stops as well as hosting many events at the gazebo. I give 4 stars only due to the fact I usually have to go there to pay parking tickets. If not for that an easy 5 stars.

Monday June 1st. 2021Managing very well and following COVID19 protocol accordingly.Another visit on Dec.01,2020As usual pleasure to visit Building Permit department.Friday October 23rd. 2020My 1st visit to this location was very nice to get to the right spot as per instructions by townhall employee.Following COVID19 protocol and very professional staff on duty at the front entrance of the hallway.Keep up the good work everyone at the Town Hall.

Milton town Hall is a very calm and quiet place away from the hustel and bustles good place to visit. Event of Canada day celebrations was organised there.

Poor parking management, even they don't talk if you dispute parking ticket and just say pay the amount even dispute a ticket is our right, very rude staff they are not here for helping people who lives in milton, just making money
