A warm and welcoming environment for anyone who is interested in learning how to dance. There are various classes at different levels ranging from beginner to advanced for children, youth, adults and seniors, with year-long, seasonal and drop-in options. Choreography classes with performance opportunities are offered as well. The classes are taught by an experienced and highly qualified instructor who is very knowledgeable, professional and wonderfully understanding at helping you reach your goals. My dancing skills have improved through these classes and I have been thoroughly enjoying the ones that I take. I would highly encourage anyone who likes to dance or wants to dance to check out a class.

Incredibly welcoming environment to learn Ballet. Some of the experienced dancers offered me extra help when needed. Although I had zero experience, the instructor was flexible to adapt the lesson for a beginner. I learned a lot of techniques to increase my core strength and balance.

We credit the experience my daughter had learning ballet with her ballet teacher, Ms. Fiona, at Sea Island Ballet Studios with increasing our daughter’s confidence and abilities so she can try other dance and sport activities and be successful in them as well. Ms. Fiona and the other staff at Sea Island Ballet Studios put together such a lovely ballet recital after putting so much work and effort all year in teaching and preparing our girls. Our daughter had a wonderful experience at Sea Island Ballet Studios and I highly recommend it to other parents!

Kids’ classes are awesome: I recently enrolled my child to the Spring break camp. He loves music, but in the past, he was reluctant to perform anything in front of others. Dancing was absolutely out of the question. Being the centre of attention made him nervous. I spoke about my concerns with Ms. Miyouki, and she came up with a plan to support him. For example, Ms. Miyouki greeted my child at the front door everyday to welcome him to the class. I am so grateful that Ms. Miyouki listened to my concerns and supported my child’s learning.I was very pleased that the camp not only focused on dancing, but also offered crafting and story time. Each day had a different theme with a special guest appearance such as Lizzie the Leprechaun and Elsa from Frozen. My son enjoyed the camp so much he kept talking about at home after each day. I was so surprised he learned all the dance moves and actually performed in class with other lovely children. I noticed he has gained confidence after the camp. Thank you, Ms. Miyouki.Adult classes are very welcoming: The adult Ballet classes are so much fun to do. Doing Ballet as an adult can be very intimidating, but the wonderful Ms. Miyouki conducts her classes in such an encouraging and welcoming way that I often feel proud of myself with a sense of achievement. The exercises are challenging enough so you do not get bored, but at a level that is very doable for all.
