Car wash is Great but don’t understand with tough guys and miserable looking young lady that works here ! What is going on management! Making no sense !!!

I honestly never thought I would be the person to leave a review but here I am. The manager was extremely helpful no complaints about him whatsoever he was a great guy. However if you have a manual DO NOT GO HERE. The cleaner asked for my keys and tried to move my car 2 times stalling out and absolutely roasting the clutch every time. I had to go out and move it which I had no issue with I just wish they would let me drive the car in the first place. My car smells heavily of clutch on the plus side they cleaned it well

Worst 2 second car wash I’ve ever been to. My car didn’t even get cleaned all the way. Can’t believe people actually go here. First and last for me. Not worth the price. Just another low quality high price place in Mass.

I took my car here about a week ago, got the Custom Interior Shampoo Package for $159.99. Keyword here is “Package”. Which has a list of things included that pretty much covers the entire surface(s) on the inside of one’s car. It’s basic sure but I couldn’t afford more than that but at least I got all the bases covered in that package. I get it back 4hrs later. The interior was still wet from the the shampooing I guess. It did not completely dry till the next day’s afternoon. The surfaces of the inside of my car, my dashboard in particular were still cruddy. They appeared to have been wiped down, sure, but nothing I couldn’t have done myself. It did not appear as if I payed a professional to have my interior detailed. Then I noticed the inside of any of my windows were not even touched. Not touched. The only items in my car that appeared professionally cleaned were my floors and seats. Honestly and my car smells already and I don’t know what it is. I just had it cleaned for crying out loud. What could it be??? So i don’t think I’ll ever go there again. I am just very disappointed because that’s a lot of money to me. I’m a broke single mom and I did not get what I pay for. Not cool.

Good car wash. The unlimited wash membership is a good deal.However, there are sometimes absurdly long lines at some parts of the day. And one person can bring the whole line to a standstill.If ScrubaDub had a members-only kiosk, I would up my rating to 5 stars.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Brought my car in on Saturday at noon for an interior detailing ($160) and was told that they would call me when my car was ready sometime before 5PM. I never got a call. My car was sitting (and had been sitting for a while) when I arrived. The man at the register asked why I hadn't called them to ask if my car was done and that my car had been sitting forever. Which does not make sense. Not only was my car still soaking wet, the carpets weren't put back, my Bluetooth was disconnected, and there was still dirt and grime on the ceiling of my car, the dash, and the passenger mirror. It also clearly hadn't been vacuumed. My airbag light sensor was also on. I asked about the airbag sensor and was told it can glitch when fabric seats are wet and that it should go away after restarting my engine. It's been two days. My seats are dry. Light is still on. I called the manager this morning who told me that it was my fault and that they don't even clean fabric seats (????) and that there was nothing they could do. He then hung up on me. Horrible experience. Not worth $20 let alone $160.

Definitely a very accessible location, depending on if it's not busy. Hit or miss

They made the car clean, but they didn’t take the time to air out the car. So the seats and Matt’s were still soaking wet when I picked it up. Now I’m leaving the doors open to let it air dry. Also, they didn’t ever call to say it was ready to be picked up. So I had to call them myself at 2:30 pm to see if it was ready and they said it was ready two hours ago. I asked why they didn’t call and told them that most places call when the car is ready for pickup. So I was livid. Well, this is how you lose customers scrubadub.

I have a membership at this place for 2 cars and for the most part it has been great. However more recently there seems to be less soap and products used on the car and again recently there is an insane amount of white spots (and water run lines) left over when the car dries - this is way more visible with dark colored cars and if you don't spend the time to wipe it down each time, your car looks dirty immediately when all this excess water dries.

Interior cleaning service isn’t that good. Noticed the price increases to $48 and they skipped a lot of parts. Will not be coming back
