This company has downright the worst customer service ive ever experienced, just vultures the whole company should be shut down and go back to Ontario hydro. Orangeville hydro is just pure cancer, if you've had a good experience its only luck and sooner or later you will experience what the rest of us have.

Wow how about the negative reviews of Orangeville Hydro? I just finished filling out a form for moving and was met by two customer service representatives who answered my questions quickly ans efficiently. On the flipside could it be the grind of THEIR daily routine that left those negative feeling customers in such a snit. I THINK SO. Besides they were cute too. Have s great day girls.

Power went out during a storm. Called at 2pm to report the switch on the pole out front of our house was open. Turns out they had to replace the entire pole top transformer, but still had our power restored before 4pm. I am hugely impressed with the prompt and friendly response!

The customer service here as it relates to billing services are the worst I have ever seen. I have spent 3 months trying to change my accounts from mailed/paper invoices to emailed invoices with out success. There is an obvious lack of interest in providing even minimum customer service

I am a new customer. The online setup was convenient, there was an automated email confirming the application, but there was no further confirmation if the application has been processed or not.The other thing is that I won't be getting my first bill in 8 weeks and they said there is no way I would know my usage for my first month until I get the first bill in the mail.And I am not able to setup online billing until after I get the first paper bill.So, I think the billing service still need to be improved and modernized.Otherwise, every time I call, they are always friendly and helpful in clarifying things.

0 stars if I could. I haven't lived in this property for 6 months, yet on final move date, I apparently owe over $1000...so their belief Is something in my house spontaneously broke guzzled 80x the normal amount of water used.

I have been a customer since December 2015. My experience(s) though infrequent, have been positive. For example, this past Friday approximately 4 pm, we noticed wires swinging in the wind. I called & was put quickly through to a linesman. He requested a pic/video. Believed the wires to be communication, but had a fellow on his way home drop in. He secured the cables after confirming that they are indeed communication cables (inactive). No negativity from this customer.

HORRIBLE customer service! My husband was just talked to by someone in customer service" (I use that term very lightly) like they were talking to a 6 year old. VERY unprofessional!! And why is the Town of Orangeville paying these "clerks" that work in the office $65
