Second and third time with Deb Christie. After our first amazing experience with Deb when she helped us purchase a home, she sold that home and then helped us purchase a new home. The sale was tricky, The purchase was tricky. And Deb Christie stuck with all interested parties, both times, and made it happen. Deb cares deeply about her clients. She works tirelessly to ensure the customer is satisfied. Her knowledge base is extensive, as are her contacts in the industry. She researches and confirms that the client is making the correct deal. She checks up on us. She is quick to reply when we have a question or a concern. She treats all clients like they are her only clients. That is rare. I feel sorry for anyone trying to negotiate the sale /purchase process that doesn't have Deb Christie representing them.
