Great for customer service. Very responsive. I appreciated how they listened to our issues with the old installation and solved the problems when installing the new eavestrough. The crew was excellent and completed the installation and cleaned up before midday. We're happy with the new eaves.

Quite happy with the product and the quick after install service we received when we discovered during a large rainstorm that we needed a few tweaks to improve drainage. Gutters have been tested with some nasty weather since and all is working perfectly.

Ottawa Precision Eavestroughing
Precision installed eavestrough on our house several years ago and it has held up great. We recently did an outdoor renovation and a couple downpipes were damaged. We wanted to replace the pieces, and Maxime came over right away to provide us a quote. The staff are very friendly and helpful, both on the phone and at the Precision office. We appreciate the comprehensive and ongoing service!

I only have great things to say about the Precision team! Firstly they came all the way to Limoges to examine my newly built semi-detached and I received my estimate that same day. They also offered a wide range of products to color match our place and make it look seamless - even with my challenging front entrance! They kept me updated throughout the process and I'm satisfied with the quality of their product.Shoutout to Alex for his responsiveness and for his answers to my many questions!

Maxime and his team at Precision Eavestroughing did a great job at our place installing solid gutters around our home. They matched it perfectly with the existing gutters that were only installed on the front of the house. Furthermore, Maxime went above and beyond by helping us with our siding that became damaged with one of the winter windstorms. Merci infiniment!! Highly recommend for their courteous professionalism and they're open and honest communication.
