Avg wait is 3 hrs . It's takes about 90 mins after filling paper work and get your turn. Then the nurse sees u and gives u a token no. And then again it takes forever to see the doctor.

transphobic doctors. if you're trans and don't wanna be disrespected by the close-minded doctors that will question your decisions on transition and question your identity, avoid this place at all costs. You're welcome for the heads up.

Extremely RUDE & AGGRESSIVE staff. Manager should change the clerks. Super unfriendly for this Center.

On July 23 at 6:30 PM I started having a heart attack and had my wife drive me to the Lakeshore Hospital Emergency department. I didn't wit for the ambulance because I didn't think I would make it before the ambulance got to the house.I entered the emergency department and immediately saw there was no one at the triage/reception desk. I glanced at the waiting room and it was full of what appeared to be zombies. No exaggeration here.I approached the security desk and told the young lady, Excuse me

I went to drop off my mother the get her vaccine and the nurse there tells her I can't find her vaccine totally unacceptable it is your job to find it and have it ready or be able to find it period. Now I will waste my time and gas again. I called and the situation was finally resolved but only after I made a big deal about it.On another, My mother needed her medicines renewed in over a month. She's schizophrenic. The psychiatrist never got back to me. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. If it's too stressful to be a psychiatrist then retire or get another job!!!I dropped off a letter to be signed and the secretary said it will take 4-6 weeks. It does not take that long to sign something. The amount of excuses and manipulation tactics the health care system uses is real!!!

The receptionists at this clinic are beyond useless. They never pick up the phone (which is their literal job) and if you have to reschedule an appointment because you have other commitments, they start asking you questions and criticize you for it. If you try to reschedule, the phone might ring for awhile and they honestly might just put you on hold and hang up.

Appointments where over the phone because of covid, half the time the doctor either doesn't call or calls 3-5 hours later than the appointment time. I have to leave multiple messages before getting a call back a week later. Terrible reception staff and doctors. I will ask to be discharged back to my family doctor so I can get a referal to the Douglas.

I am with Dr. Fred and he finally got back to me and he was amazing!
