Fantastic serviceTrailer hitch was installed very professionally.They had my vehicle ready to go in about 2 hours from the appointment time.Guys are super easy to deal with- friendly and professional and really know their stuff.Also entire job was less than half of what the dealership wanted just for the parts.Highly recommend Action for trailer and accessories.Finally had opportunity to hook up trailer to hitch Action installed. Everything was perfect. The guys did a great job ordering the hitch with the correct rise for my trailer. Whole thing was a great experience working with the guys at Action. We were looking for a brake controller and weight-distribution hitch for our Ram truck to pick up a newly-purchased 28' travel trailer. After many calls and comparison pricing, Action's parts and installation prices were most definitely better than dealerships and others. We got to Action early, as we were not local, and they took us in an hour earlier than our appointment. James and Kyle were both very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help any way they could. After we picked up the trailer, they offered for us to stop back at Action for them to double check the sway bar. They took the time to make some adjustments for us, without any extra charge. We haven't had this type of excellent customer service for a while. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I Drive a 2016 (4th gen) Ram 1500. To date I've installed in orderHood Skin and Vent Visors, Action Undercover (Hard) Tuneau Cover,SS Rhino Rear Step Bar (long bar), Weston Light Bar (Front)I had sprayed with Linex, Rubber Bed Liner, Red LED Tail Light Strip (W/Amber Turn Signals), All rear White lights (Cargo, Reverse, License Plate) are LED. Front lights next. Almost forgot, an Air Bag Kit (rear suspension) including a Brake Controller for hauling the toys.I kid with the guys at the shop that the acronym for RAM is not justREAL AMERICAN MUSCLE" but also my "REAL ACTION MOBILE".The staff in Belleville (I recently moved) changed out my utility trailer lights to LED lights. Tyler and Norm went beyond by cleaning out the trapped soil around the rubber grommets.
