I don’t have an experience with this company, but I want to commend them for their act of kindness. I saw the Global News story about them supplying 2- tires to a single mother in need at no cost as she had been scammed by another shop. I own an RV Repair business in Airdrie Alberta and I love to hear about these kind of stories. You truly deserve 10 stars. Koodos

A big shout out to everyone at Star Tires today! I called first thing this morning set up an appointment I know it’s first come first serve however they were able to fit me in first thing. They installed my new winter tires with precision and expertise. They had me in an out of the shop in less than an hour and on my way to my next appointment. You guys rock thank you so much!

Over the years have purchased tires and seasonal wheels changed. Service is direct, and the staff are professional. They can be busy but there is an area to sit if you need to wait for your automobile.

Had a few times now where I’ve had a flat, need changing urgently. These guys have always come through with exceptional service! Would highly recommend to anybody in a pinch or anybody wanting great service regardless!

I noticed my tire was getting flat (slow leak) when I was leaving work the other day. They were able to fit me in and get me all squared away. Very efficient, very friendly and helpful, and they charged me a very reasonable amount! Will continue to do business here!

I found this place on a Saturday when my tire picked up a nail and caused a slow leak. They were pleasant on the phone when I called, so I headed over. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. I said I'd leave the tire with them for a few hours and the guy behind the counter said it would only be a few minutes and we'd be better off waiting. They only needed ten minutes to fix the leak and then charged me a fair and reasonable rate for doing it. I went to one of the bigger places before coming here and got horrible service from the teenager who wouldn't look up from his phone long enough to help anyone. Star Tires appears to still know what good customer service is when so many other have forgotten. I'll be returning when I need new winter tires.

My tire had been leaking slowly and with no luck at gas station self-serve pumps or Canadian Tire, the great team at Star Tires limited has rescued my tire on the coldest day I have seen in Nova Scotia. Thanks so much!

Had good service here for years…. Bought a new car last fall, and was unfortunately unable to change the tires myself this spring due to time constraints. I dropped my car off, and they had it done very quickly with the amount of people they were dealing with, so I’ll give them that. But I got home and noticed my drivers side rim had been curb rashed quite badly, along with my car being driven a few KM, and the car being left full of dirt. Previously I’d always received a plastic lining covering my trim and floor mats. This was not given this time either. Always used to recommend this spot but it seems like the service has gone down hill quite a bit.

My husband just left and what an awful experience! We put winter tires on our vehicle and were told there were 2 people ahead of him. After over 3 hours of waiting, no one told him anything so he asked the lady for an ETA and she said there were a lot of people waiting which was false. Instead of her looking into the wait, she assumed our car wasn't completed. A gentleman advised the car was ready a while back and we saw our car keys in front of the lady. Unbelievable!! There was no communication and a day wasted for almost 4 hours. What's the purpose of her job? Terrible customer service. They'll not be getting our service. They deserve a 0 rating but 1 will do. Now we're late picking up our son from school because our time was wasted. Absolutely terrible.
