THE Best condo ever! Great location (3 mins from eaton center and 5 mins from Dundas square and Ryerson university)quiet, nice securities, and many others.

AAA location, close to 2 subway stations and yonge but on a quiet street. Property manager is super helpful and responsive. And the bldg does not feel as busy and crowded as other super tall bldg at downtown. Highly recommended

Apartment #2005 a room sublease: Didn't get my security deposit back from the current tenant. Was charged for cleaning fees 120$ after I moved out without providing with me any bill. Subleased a room. After moving in I learned sublease is not allowed by building management but current tenant subleased me anyway. Be careful! ***This review is for the sublease experience only.
