I went in last week to ask the difference between wash and fold and dry cleaning as I didn't know the difference. I didn't get the name of the lady at the counter but she had blonde hair and took the time to explain the difference of each. I will definitely be using this cleaners service as I am new in town.

Super expensive for dry cleaning. The tailor is good but won’t work past 4:00 so the working person can’t get there in time.Impressed that the store replied to my comment and will extend hours to 5:00 p.m. I like this because I try hard to support business in my community. Unfortunately, I didn't have the greatest experience here. It took a week for them to clean a duvet inner, and two pillows, and the person who handled my drop off was unfriendly. When I picked them up, the cost was $115 and one of the pillows had clumped up during the cleaning. For that price, I've definitely had better service elsewhere.

I took a Queen duvet and 2 shams and was told I had to wait a week. Drove instead to their well-known competitor and now have it back after only 48 hours. This is not the outstanding customer service" you claim to have. It is important to note that I did not request RUSH service. The competitors regular service was 48 hours."

I was searching for a new dry cleaning in my general area, and the location on Jasper is right by my work.I love the reusable bags that are offered for purchase so the option to reduce plastic is there.I called ahead for to see if by chance I can get my items ready for pick up because I was running late for work, and Liv was so nice to have my jackets ready by the time I got there.Definitely my new spot!

My company uses this dry cleaning service. 9/10 times everything is perfect, though there was once where my clothes reeked of chemicals and it made my eyes water just opening the bag so I don’t know how anyone thought it was safe/good to go. And there are wrinkles sometimes, but overall reliable and very quick service.Turn around is sometimes 2 days which is very nice. Really fast service too, if you only have a few minutes you have enough time to stop in unless it is abnormally busy.The staff are really nice, especially “Liv” I believe her name is but I’m not sure, she is great and I see her almost every time I go in and she knows my face now which is really sweet. Great service! The staff definitely make this place an enjoyable stop to make.They have both dry cleaners and tailors on site. I have used both services. The tailor is harder to pin down, so make sure you call before heading in to make sure he’s actually in the building when you go, but if he’s there he does good work and he has taken my a overcoat, pants, jackets and vests for me and all has fit perfectly in the end.

I’ve been coming to this dry cleaners since 2005 and it’s always been amazing! Although the last couple years meeting Liz at the front has made my experiences even better! Always has a smile on her face and a friendly hello! I love my quick visits with her while dropping off my clothing! I’ve had all kinds of clothing dry cleaned here and I have never had an issue! Hands down the best and quickest in the city! They always do their best to accommodate me! Thanks Mint!

Service is excellent. Staff is always pleasant, polite and helpful. Workmanship In cleaning and tailoring is extraordinary.

Very prompt service with a quick turn around, with both cleaning and alterations being done in just over a week. Well worth the price. Fairly certain they are not wizards, but if they were, I wouldn't be surprised.

Need new dry cleaners as i recently moved in to the area. Walkedvby Mint the other dsy. Although rather shabby on the outside figured i would take a chance and went in. Was i in for a great surprise. The person behind the counter, she said her name was Liz had a smile that lit up the room. She answered all my questions (yes i had a lot) in a professional and kind way. I felt very welcomed .
