Absolutely not impressed with my most recent visit . The fitting room attendant had accused my mom of leaving clothing in the room . When we had mentioned it was not us and the clothing was left by someone else previously she gave us a very passive aggressive response and continued to berate us. We told her that we brought the clothing out of the room and showed her that we had put it on the rack and then she tried to say that my mom had used 2 fittings room when that is absolutely ridiculous. First of all , when we first arrived there was no fitting room attendant in sight we waited 5 minutes until deciding to go into an open empty room , then for her to come out of no where and accuse us when she didn’t even see what clothing we had on hand is not okay. I told her to look at the sizes they weren’t ours but she was very adamant on putting the blame on us and making us feel like we committed a crime.

The service is extremely unfriendly and they are not interested in helping or even checking your purchase to make sure you picked correct sizes, they offer every size in regular, petit and tall, it is extremely easy to pick up the wrong size, and that’s where a huge complaint about this retailer comes in. Their return policy is horrible!!! I took off a tag and placed it in the pocket of the garment, decided it was too big for me and thought I’ll exchange it for the size down. WRONG if you take a tag and put it in the pocket, even though it is there and they could easily reattach it, it is deemed unreturnable, period. No further conversation. I suggested they should tell people about that policy when or before they purchase it, she just didn’t bother to respond. They do NOT care in anyway about the customer and their return policy will now keep me from EVER shopping there again, and I am sure they don’t care if I don’t.

Had such a nice experience here today. All the ladies were SUPER nice and helpful and they were having a great sale. I ended up getting more than I came in for and I had a great experience that I wanted to share. Keep up the good work ladies. You made my day

Love this location, the parking is convenient. The customer service is excellent, staff is very helpful finding sizes. The store is neat, organized and the prices are great. Theres lots of items on the clearance racks, great deals

Reitman’s always has great sales! If you can’t find your size, the Staff is more than happy to try and locate your item in another store. Great selection, friendly and helpful sales staff and good prices.

Best location I’ve ever been to!!!! The staff are just the nicest people ever. Everyone had a smile on their face and they were full of joy. I went on December 24 2022 and they all greeted and were polite. Each staff requested if help was needed. I’ve never been to any clothing store where people are this nice! Would definitely give them a 5 star! Keep up the positivity!

I do like Reitmans but I find it hard to get help when I’m in there. Pricing is good and quality but customer service is not so good. But I am finding that all over these days

Very poor customer service! Saw one employee, her name was Monique, she was very focused on serving one person (she kept referring to by name, was probably a friend) and didn’t at all assist any of the rest of the customers in the store! Won’t shop here again!!! I’ve never felt so unwelcome!
