Pro Passport Photo

My wife has paid 40$ for her PR card photo, because of a “mistake” of their staff.My wife showed them a very detailed specification of what is needed, but their staff has still “recommended” her the digital version and charged her for 20$. When she came home she discovered that the digital photo would not work. Therefore, she went back and they charged her another 20$ for the printed version.When I ask them why their staff was recommending the digital version that she doesn’t need, their reply is “we are not expert, you should know what you need”.I believe this is not the first time their customers are getting wrong photo and being charged twice. I think they are intentionally recommending their digital version because it’s easier for them and when it’s wrong they can double charge their customers.
