Ordered a dishwasher, and got the delivery/install. Poor guy who did the install had his hands full, cause prior owners were a little less handy to say the least. Can't beat the price for both compared to any other business in the area.Only thing I suggest is calling the customed or when placing the order or delivery date to notify them that payment isn't processed upon order and due upon installation, esp if someone else is home at time of delivery/installtiom and not the person who placed the order.

On Wednesday while preparing for a weekend family gathering, much horror well lea.rned that our fridge was malfunctioning. Frustrated with the possibility of losing hundreds worth of food, we decided against waiting for a Ottawa repair technician to come sometime soon and went to Shields instead. Within 24 hours of purchasing a new fridge, it was delivered by two very pleasant gentlemen. Oh yes, we did get our two steaks.

I purchased a Frigidaire stove from these fine folks last summer. The delivery crew were both competent and speedy, very enthusiastic and a pleasure to have in my home. Unfortunately the stove had problems straight out of the box and didn't work right from the get go. I informed Scheels of my troubles and within a week, these same guys were back with a replacement. Highly recommend this store. I plan on purchasing from them again in the future.

Decided to take advantage of a seasonal sale and know their products are top quality. Located in Pakenham, Ontario and worth the short drive from Arnprior.

From the second my wife and I walked in, It was a great experience. We had been without a refrigerator for almost 2 weeks. We walked in and right away we were greeted, and we told the saleswoman what we were looking for, and she said that she wouldn't bother us, unless we had questions we were free to walk around with no pressure which is what we really like. We found a perfect refrigerator and when we told her we had been without one for about 10 days, she made it possible to get it delivered a couple of days later on the Friday. The 2 people that delivered the unit were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and it was an overall great experience. The girl at the meat counter was also very friendly and helpful. We got 2 amazing T bone steaks for purchasing an appliance. The fridge is running great, and we are very very happy. This company is highly recommended. Thanks again!

Went to check out mattress, didn't find was set up properly to try them out. Delivery price is affordable includes setup and removal of old set. Can't beat that. Friendly staff.
