Rooted Meal Prep is absolutely the BEST meal services out there! Creative and healthy, they are a great way to add some ideas to your normal routine. The sauces are AMAZING! I feel completely comfortable knowing everything in my box is healthy and I don’t have to second guess what I’m feeding my family.

An amazing meal prep service. Fresh produce, easy to follow instruction and delicious sauces. Having tried other meal prep services, I would say that Rooted stands out for its value (large portions) and quality of ingredients.

Rooted meal prep has been my lifesaver! After some health challenges, I wanted to make some healthy changes to my diet. Having a toddler at home and a busy schedule, not having to worry about grocery shopping or deciding what to make for dinner took so much off my plate. Also the increase in my energy, mental clarity, and overall feeling of well-being after switching to a plant based diet has been the best prize of all! Thank you so much to Rooted for helping me get on a healthier path for myself and my family.

We’ve only done one week so far - but we’re really happy with the value and quality of the service. Delicious whole foods plant based meals! It’s awesome not having to think about what to make for dinner 3x a week and also having all the ingredients right there AND having it delivered.My only complaint is that there’s quite a bit of plastic waste but it’s kind of unavoidable because of the nature of the service - pre-portioned and pre-made sauces and toppings etc.I guess not worse than the plastic waste of ordering in 3x a week for some places!

I can’t say enough about this fantastic company. They provide a beautiful assortment of nutrient rich ingredients, the recipes are very easy to make, and all have been delicious! They offer a great deal of variety from week to week, and even my meat eating husband has been providing a big nod of approval at meal times! I can’t wait to see what comes up next! Highly recommended!

Love my rooted meal boxes! This has by far been the best meal prep box I have tried because the meal ideas are creative and made from whole foods and something that I wouldn't normally be able to make or even think up on my own! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the homemade sauces that come with the kits. It makes cooking for myself or my family a breeze! And the kids love it!

I never thought I would order from a meal prep service! Now that I have Rooted delivered to my door weekly, I am amazed how much I LOVE everything about it. From the moment I opened the box -- everything is beautifully curated -- all the ingredients you need to create the incredible recipes! I tend to eat the same things and Rooted has made it easy to have different meals every week. I have saved hundreds of dollars buy using this service. I work shift work (12 hours) and eating healthy, plus time to cook is limited -- having everything organized, the perfect amount already prepped and recipes to follow makes it so easy. I also know I am supporting a local business and family which makes me feel good about where my money is going. If you are on the fence, try for a week!!! I am so happy I did!

These meal prep kits are put together with so much intention and thought, and are absolutely delicious. It was so nice to add some new meals and creative ideas to our cooking! I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone who's life is a little busy, but still wants to eat home-cooked, delicious meals! (It's also super easy to add in a protein of your choice if that is your preference!).

I tried out Rooted Meal Prep this year, as I am very busy with my job and I sometimes find it difficult to pick up groceries and meal plan during busy season for my work. I have also been trying to go more Vegan and Local and I found alternative meal kits did not offer a lot of options. I tried out Rooted as I thought the food looked great and liked the idea of supporting local.Her meal plans are fantastic and the ingredients were so fresh. They were easy to make and I felt so great after eating them. 10/10 would recommend!!
