Won't return. Made an appointment here on a whim to pamper myself as it is super convenient. Service was AWFUL. The girl who provided my service apparently didn't want to have any type of conversation as when I tried asking her a couple of questions all I got in response were grunts. Was there over an hour....longest hour ever!! And talk about awkward. SO rude. They have just lost me as a regular customer and I certainly won't be recommending them or returning.Also of note, so many 1 star reviews for this place! Jus say'in.....

This place rocks! I have been getting my nails done at their location for 5 years now; staff is very professional and have never turned me away! They treat their appointments with respect which is great to see!

Walked in for a pedicure around 4:00pm and was told they had no time. The place had one customer and they close at 7pm. They turned my wife and I away. Will never go back. Went to Sky nails and Spa which was great.

I have been going to this nail salon since they opened!! This is hands down the best place!All of the girls are so awesome! Beautifully clean , great atmosphere and the girls are so professional and talented!! I recommend this place to everyone who asks.U work with my hands so people always comment on my nails and ask where I go and I ALWAYS say Your Elegant Nails on Townline Rd.Chen it out!! You won’t go anywhere else again!

I’ve been using their services for a while but I find the customer service is getting rough. Rude actually. I have always give them generous tips but definitely after today, trying to make an appointment over the phone she just hang up on me.I understand they are business owners and are busy this time of year which apparently gives them the right not to appreciate me as a customer. In all honesty there is much better places at a competitive price so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I walked in for mani/pedi just before Canada day.I asked for shellac and by far best mani/pedi service i got.Even after doing all the house hold work my nail paint didn’t chip at all.I took this picture today to show that nails are not chipped.Im really impressed.The lady who did my mani/pedi was great she didn’t rush at all.I am glad this spa is just 2 mins walk from my home.

I was here on business and desperately needed a pedicure. I walked in to see if I needed an appointment and they took me right in. Fantastic service, and prices! I didn’t get the name of the person doing my pedicure but she was amazing and very personable.
