I've been extremely pleased with my Woodland home. The process of picking all our trims and finishes was fun and painless. Our independent building inspector after purchase was impressed with the build quality and we've had no issues in 6 years. We'd definitely recommend.

I had a really bad experience with this Builder don't believe any of Michael's lies that you will get upgrades for free because you won't . Most Builders are giving you finishes that this Builders calling upgrades.The homes come base model do your homework and compare.

Had our first home built by Woodland Homes, almost 5 years ago now. We selected Woodland Homes based on other family members experience who have also had homes built with the builder and the quality. We loved the design of the home we choose. Making selections and changes to upgrades etc. was easy. On closing the team made us aware of minor touches that they noted and would be taking care of. These were resolved quickly. We love our home!Thank you Woodland Homes for making our first home building experience so exciting.

Don't buy a home from these guys. Horrible experience, new home was not ready on time, lots of defects, they won't fix them unless forced to by Tarion. Never again.
