The owners of Needful Things are class acts. It's refreshing to see a business do right by their customers. We had an issue and they made it right without hesitation. This is a business you can trust. Thank you!

Large store filled with 2nd hand items, some interesting but quite a few dated pieces with high price tags. I felt things were about double what they should be. Staff was friendly and I felt bad not buying anything but I couldn't find a good balance. Things I could afford I would never own and the things I loved were not in my budget.

Pre-owned fine furniture store, tons of antique stuff, can be pricey but the place is huge so you're bound to find something

Found the nicest chest. From the friendliest people. Geoff and kim were so helpful.Oh and they have the best door greeter, little Benji.I recommend anyone looking for quality wares to check out this wonderful store.

My cousin called Jeff and asked what the process was for Jeff to sell her Mom's furniture as her Mom had passed away. Already a difficult and trying time, Jeff advised that she come to his store with photos of which she did. He reviewed the photos and said he was interested and once the estate sale was finished to call him and he would come by have a look at what was left and offer her a fair price.We called Jeff once the sale was over - what a rude and unconscionable man! He said he would have a difficult time selling white furniture, and didn't even know if he wanted it! Why didn't he tell us this when he saw the photos? It is already a painful time -- we provided in-home palliative care for my Aunt, she passed away a month ago.He tried to intimidate us to giving him a rock-bottom price. He said he would go back to his store and talk with his wife and would call us back.We never heard back from him. I know this is long, however, I think it is important that other families going through similar situations NOT use his services -- he will take advantage.

This is a very nice furnisher store real homey lots of stock i bought a arm chair there and wooden table very pleased..i had been at every furnisher store last stop hurray!
