I was going to this dentist for years. The receptionist (Sandy, if I remember correctly) did not want to fill out my claim form for my plan administrator. It was too much work" for her and she said "I will not do all that writing

I am incredibly pleased with Prairie Dental. Shauna is by far the best dental hygienist in the WORLD. She is beautiful, both inside and out, and is incredibly talented and competent at what she does.Let's put it this way: she makes me look FORWARD to a cleaning. I find it incredibly therapeutic thanks to her capability.I am thankful to have such a reliable clinic in our neighbourhood! Keep up the awesome work, beautiful ladies!

My entire family and I have been seeing Meena Dufour since she opened. I used to be horrified over the thought of going to the dentist. Meena through the years has put that fear to rest.

I have used Prairie Dental since it opened in the nineties. Dr. Dufor and her staff have always been great. When I had work done she would ask if I was okay a lot. I have had dentists hurt me and it has never happened here. I highly recommend.

I'm shocked at the negative reviews. Dr. Dufour, and her staff are helpful, committed, and kind. Sandra, the receptionist bent over backwards to accommodate my families financial needs, and help me set up a monthly payment plan, as we had very limited insurance for a procedure (I) very much wanted. We've never had a wait time of more than 3 minutes, the small staff are personable and take the time to get to know you. My children and I have never felt insignificant as patients, like we did at the larger impersonal offices which have many dentists, receptionists and other staff. We highly, highly recommend this office.

This is a place that should be called fraud!! They told us a procedure would cost $1000, after we paid for $1000, the doctor said it should cost $1200, because they did the math wrong when they gave the quote! Really? We tried to see what was miscalculated and argue about it, then they became very very rude, both the doctor (Meena Dufour) and the receptionist, and would ignore our calls and refused to talk to us! Of course we will not just pay them whatever they want, we will file our formal complain. But, I very much want to warn everyone, DO NOT GO there and buy huge REGRETS!

I would definitely recommend this place, the staff is really great and helpful. I have been going to Prairie Dental for more than 2 years. She always gives you best advice, I was a student when I started going there and there was not much covered with my insurance but Dr Meena Dufour advised what are my options in her clinic (within insurance) along with what other options I have at some other places.

Aweful aweful experience with Prairie Dental Clinic. Very rude doctor, and extremely rude front desk receptionist. They both would treat patient like beggars. Bottom line, they would lie to you shamelessly, right in front of you! If you don't want to suffer hell, or your money to be worthless, or be treated cheaply, DO NOT GO TO the Prairie Dental Clinic!!!NO WONDER if you google search this dental office's review, it ranks 97/100 in regina, the worst. We were silly enough to think that it can't be too bad, now we've learnt our lesson. DO NOT think you might save money by go to this office or accept their discount offers, that's full of lies and will trap you deep. If you are reading this review,go on read some others' reviews as well. NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.

I used to go to her when I was in the University because the insurance would cover hundred percent of my procedure. She does a lot of unnecessary things just to drain your insurance. She did the root canal for me which turned out to be unnecessary when I switched my dentist. Whenever I had issues after a filling or a basic procedure she would make me feel so uncomfortable and try to dismiss my complaints. The clinic has a decent hygienist but that's not a solid enough excuse to visit her Clinic. I would definitely not recommend her to anybody I know. Many other good options in Regina.
