In all my years dealing with customer service reps at cell phone companies I've never met anyone as knowledgeable as Patricia. She saved me money on my monthly bill and got me more data than my previous provider was willing to include. So glad I stopped in. Highly recommended

What an absolute pleasure to deal here. Athena was so helpful knowledgeable and non pushy like other stores i have been to lately. She made sure we had the right phones the right plans and explained everything so clearly 10/10 will be back . I stopped by last week to inquire about a new phone, Patricia helped me out and told me about the EPP and found out I was eligible. Today we stopped in to get new phones and Athena helped us out. She was knowledgeable and patient when on the phone with Telus to sort out some issues.We’re very happy with the customer service.

My sister and I stopped in to upgrade our phones and add a line for my nephew. Athena was incredibly helpful! She was so patient with us and had some fantastic advice with getting our phones set up. Very highly recommend this store!

After hours and considerable frustration dealing with the Telus customer support line with little help, I decided to come into the store for in person support. I was promptly greeted by a representative named Athena; She was very personable and confident. She took the time to hear my situation and within a few minutes was able to resolve the issues I had with activating my iPad to the network and had me up and running!
