Unbelievably slow. Sat and waited for 25 minutes while the very elderly worker talked about dogs with another customer. Myself and two other customers were waitingDon’t waste your time here, go to Village Insurance in Lorette instead. I was in and out in less than five minutesThe same vehicles were in the parking lot when I passed Total again on my way home, after driving to and from Lorette, after waiting 25 minutes in the office

They dont know what there doing refused me service because she didn't know how to do the tasks I asked of her, don't waste you're time go to Village Insurance Brokers in Lorette. went in with the same info and they were more then happy to help me and take care of me. I highly suggest not using Total take the extra 5 min drive and get it done right.
