Shoppers Drug Mart

The regular pharmacist is amazing, however pharmacist San is rude and incompetent. Three times we have sought her advice only to be extremely disappointed. She seems to have no control and I feel she is out of here element.

If I could it would be negative star. Was in to get a sensor for my son cause he lost his for his for checking diabetes.It is a new system that we are just learning to use. He threw the whole thing away without realizing we need part on it so we had to go pick up a new one last minute. Nothing you want to do after a long day. The pharmacist working made me feel like the worst parent ever. He was not friendly and said I should go over the rules better with my son and how to use the system. It is a new system and we are learning to use it together. Accidents happen. Thanks for making a frazzled parent feel worse.

Typical Shoppers, with good variety and decent prices. However, the staff, especially in the pharmacy, are simply amazing! Always ready with sound advice, and willing to go out of their way to expedite your prescriptions.

I've been using this pharmacy for years but the last 6 months it's really gone downhill. Long lines that don't move and trying to pick up my annual prescrption lately is like pulling teeth. I'll be switching pharmacies for sure

7 hour wait times for prescriptions because they forget to fill them. Every time. Drop off the day before and still they cannot fill them in on time. Used to be a good place. Don'tknow what has happened but please fix. How does it take 5 days to fill a prescription? How are these employees still employed? Zero chance I would recommend this location to anyone ever.

A year and a half ago I quit the pharmacy. They were always so rude and ignorant.3 weeks ago I bought a humidifier. It quit working. I brought it back today with the receipt. They wouldn’t return it because I don’t have the original box. They didn’t tell me I needed to keep it. I reviewed the return policy online and it says nothing about the box. I think they are just out to rip people off

I had never had an issue here until recently, but it was enough to make this my last resort" stop. This is unfortunate because they always have whatever I need. She's never been the most friendly

I went at 8:30pm after work do to infection, green snot, sore throat for 4 days. The pharmacist Saleem was just rude, and lazy. It was close to closing time and he couldn’t be bothered to ask a single question, or explore my symptoms. His laziness was extremely evident, and his abrasive attitude was off the charts. He literally rolled his eye. Refused to tell me his name, responded with it right there. I have been a client of this pharmacy for over 5 years, Saleem couldn’t even be bothered to ask my name, to view my history. Absolutely horrible customer service.September 02 2022.

I've lived here for 3 years and been through alot. The Shopper's Pharmacy in Westlock has been my best experience in any drugstore ever. The staff is wonderful to me and always try to give me the best service possible. I've had to wait now and then only because I never ordered ahead and just came in off the street. The owner's comittment to service is above and beyond what anyone could expect. This is a very busy store people. The regular staff do the best they can. Cut them a break and don't be so miserable lol. I worked in retail for over 30 years so I know how things can seem to be horrible but if you're patient, you'll notice a big difference in attitudes all around. :)Jamie, Val and the Boss" ( as i call her) this is a shout out to you all in particular for your excellent sevice. Great staff, well laid out and lots of stick. Prices are high but everything, everywhere, is. Pharmacy is always busy but staff are helpful.
