My parents live here. It is not officially a seniors condo but the seniors who do live there are a wonderful social group.Building is well maintained and has a great pool

The amenities in the building include an indoor pool, sauna, racquet ball, games room, library, workshop, visitor parking and more. The building has 13 floors and offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condo suites with large balconies.

Way too many rules way too many signs !!!. Nice view from balconies looking to the east. Very spacious apartments
