Jay responded quickly to our phone call. He came right over, diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, ordered the part, and had it fixed in no time. Great work and good people!

Prompt, polite, and professional. Left voicemail to source a part for a gas dryer. They returned my call within 10 minutes and while they didn't have the coils I was looking for in stock, they did have the whole valve.

We really appreciated Jon's professionalism. When we had a washing machine that was having issues, he took the time to ask for details and really go over the situation on the phone and then laid out our options. He could have simply set up an appointment, done a diagnostic, and then set us up for a significant repair bill. He could have come, done a diagnostic so he would get the house call money, and then advised us not to repair it due to the cost. Instead, he was up front and honest, that based on the age of the washing machine and the problems we were having, our money would be better spent buying a new machine. And then he proceeded to provide information on what machines on the market would give us the most for our money, and last the longest. You do not often find this kind of integrity nowadays, and we surely appreciated it. This will certainly bring us back to him when we do need a repair.

Prompt call back and outstanding service for my dryer repair. After leaving a voicemail on a Saturday, I promptly received a call Monday at 8am. A few questions were asked over the phone to assure it was an issue that could be fixed and the make of the dryer was noted. The appointment was scheduled on Wednesday of the same week. In an hour-long service visit, my dryer was back in action! The worn out parts were shown to me with an explanation of what was fixed. I even got tips to maintain my washer and that was checked out to assure I was all set. Highly recommend! There is a reason for the awesome reviews!
