Modern style rooms, the service was great from the hotel employees. Price is on point, no complaints or issues during my stay there. Location is perfect, walking distance to anything you need.

My husband did the booking. (Different name).Just spent 2 nights there. The price was $300.00. Too high, considering that the building has a strong sickly smell. Is it the cleaning products or the old carpets? Shocked as there was no maid service to our room, although we saw the motel rooms being serviced. We arrived after a wedding, late at night, and were shocked to see that the beds hadn't been made, and the towels in the bath hadn't been replaced. There was a sign indicating that if we wanted fresh towels to place the used ones in the tub. We did so, and they were unusable when we needed to shower. The strong odor persisted in the hallways. What a turn off. Can't believe we had to pay that amount of money for an inferior hotel experience and I would strongly recommend to others to find a better place to stay at. Very disappointed, as it is a family owned place, and we expected great service Also they supplied 2 loonie size soaps, so we had to go out to buy a bath soap. Obviously others are accepting of these standards as the place was full occupancy. I will share this info with my many friends who are frequently looking for accommodation in Lindsay. Maybe and hopefully the owners will respond and correct the deficiencies. The people we spoke to on the phone were very nice.

Great downtown location. The room was a little small but all newly furnished. Old style wall air conditioner. Staff were very good, check in was very fast.

Planned a little weekend getaway in Lindsay with my partner, and we were looking for somewhere to stay that wouldn't break the bank, but was clean and updated. This place was perfect; newly renovated units, very clean and well maintained. Owner was super accommodating when we changed our plans last minute, and the location was super quiet and we slept great. If you're looking for somewhere clean and reasonably priced to crash after spending the day out and about, this is it. Thanks for a great stay!

Kriss the owner was the first Lindsayian we came across who welcomed us whole heartedly. His warm smile was a blessing for us who came across the globe to a new place. The rooms are cozy enough for a couple to stay for few days before finding feet in the town. The property comes right between old town and Newtown and can be accessed by bus or a walk.I recommend this to all students or couple who travel from very far to this town for studies or work before you find a place.

The owners/staff are very friendly. If you need anything you just need to ask. The rooms in the back are roomy and tidy. The rooms along the side are kinda small but cozy. The hotel is located in the middle of town between uptown and downtown. I have never had a problem with the wifi and able to easily log in. The only thing that would make the staff even better is if they offered some type of breakfast item like muffins and maybe croissants as there is coffee maker in the rooms.I have stayed here every time I am in town for the last few years. Never had any complaints. I am not looking for a resort or taj mahal just a place to rest at the end of my day. Thank you Kent Inn!

Very good. Im not sure why it copied my last review previously.Lovely. Quiet. Good ouside rooms in a seperate building so it keeps trafic down. Close to services. A couple touch ups here or there like a tiny bit o paint and its be great.

Room was clean. Only stayed done night as it was a stopover on our trip. It served the purpose of giving us a bed for a night.

I'm a traveling student trying to navigate the complexities of hybrid (online/in person) learning. I've been hotel hopping in Lindsay for a couple weeks searching for a place that met my needs (reasonably priced & a decent room). When I inevitably tried The Kent Inn my search was over. Not only are the rooms really comfortable and clean, the price for what you get is simply unmatched. On top of that, the owners Chris & Priti have been incredibly kind and accommodating over the past few weeks. I normally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to return the favor of their kindness and generosity in any way possible. I would immediately recommend this place to anyone looking for great bang for their buck, or just looking for a nice place to stay. My experience has been fantastic.-Connor
