ROI Recreation Outfitters

Per my review below, I have since heard from ROI and all is well - I have therefore edited my review to five stars. Will look forward to future orders.Is anyone really there? I don't understand the previous reviews attesting to prompt replies etc. So far I have sent two emails and have had no reply to either - one had to do with a Canada Post address error notification at the seller end which I wanted to clear up, and the other was regarding whether a Devold item was actually in stock. For a new customer/first-time purchaser, this is not impressive. I suppose I was lucky to receive my first order at all. Will look elsewhere for Devold merino items, even if I have to order from overseas.

I sent two email messages to them re/ product info and they returned my query the next business day with useful info!Feb 24th addition: these guys were really great when I changed my mind about my order; they cancelled and refunded without issue! Good service, definitely on my list for outdoor gear!
