I like this place. But why is it called bobs?

Bought a sauna from them. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the proper one for the space I have. Delivery was really quick as well. Will be back.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have a good selection of gas fireplaces and also carry Napolean barbeques with a wide range of their accessories.

Need a fireplace, want some BBQ goodness, looking to sauna this is the place. Quality products knowledgeable staff. Seacan sauna need I say more

Try getting Napolean accessories....terrible....bought a fire table, windscreen and cover. Put a deposit down 6months later firetable arrived but no accessories, was told could be another year before they arrive. Ordered from a store in southern Ontario, had to pay an extra $130 but had the stock and will be at my house in 7 days. Really disappointed, would have liked to stay local....re reply the price at the location recommended to me was significantly more then the place I had found and ordered from.

Loved the service... I'd buy the fireplace i need there but the interested rate for financing is too high compared with their competitors

We bought a Hearthstone Heritage woodstove this year (2022). The reviews were good and unfortunately the woodstove we had originally ordered wasnt coming in any time soon. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable so we thought we'd take a chance. The woodstove was said to heat a 2500 square foot house and heat for up to 30 hours with out constantly filling the woodstove.Well we have a 1080 square foot house and it does not heat it up enough, only gets to 60 in the house and we have to put wood in the stove twice at night. We have called and emailed the store several times explaining how dissatisfied we are with the stove. The statements are false, about heating capabilities. Unfortunately we have not had any response from the store in several weeks. I would never ever buy anything from this place again!!! Infact, we are considering contacting market place for false advertising in this stoves capability.We still have not had any sort of response from this store. We were way better off using our old cast iron woodstove. It heated the place way better than this new extremely expensive stove. Its over priced and does an extremly poor job. We have asked for our money back since we were miss informed about the stoves capabilities. No response yet.

We have an issue with our Gas Fireplace. The male employee says someone will get back to us today or tomorrow....hmmmm. I hope our Gas Line doesn't explode cause we do not know where the gas valve is....the pilot light is not working. Really? This is an emergency but no one is taking us seriously. We get one opinion and then another opinion. This was coming from Clow Darling and Addunos. Bob's Fireplace installed this thing.
