Buenos precios, surtido, peto el servicio no es tan agradable

Only 1 person working she was on the phone while checking us out. A bit short staffed for back to school time. They have a sale on, but it didn’t apply to Jansport and only found out when checking out.

Great stock we picked up a nice suitcase for a good price. Staff was helpful

Terrible customer service and communication. The luggage is way to overpriced. You can find the exact same brands for 5x cheaper at Winner's or even Walmart and save yourself about a hundred dollars.

I’ve gone here for my school bags since I was a kid but recently I’ve had issues with the quality of them. I recently exchanged a black lula brand back pack due to the strap breaking within my 2nd week of college. I’m now in my 2nd week of my 2nd term and the strap of the new bag is ripping once again with only my laptop and a small textbook inside of it. Here is proof of the damage and I highly recommend not buying this brand. When I exchanged the first one I was told that this would be the only exchange we could get and if it were to happen again we wouldn’t get anything back. It’s not fair that I have no choice but to spend another $50 on a new bag only to hope this won’t happen again.

Planned on buying a 3-pc luggage set. Walked in, 2 sales girls chatting with customer at the till, no acknowledgment of our presence. Browsed around about 5 minutes, called my son to discuss his preference of luggage, had him on speaker, no acknowledgment…Continued to browse as customer left and 2nd salesgirl exits to the back somewhere and the girl left at the till picks up her cellphone and starts a personal call. We are the ONLY customers in the store with a suitcase open looking at details. NO acknowledgment … byeeee! It wasn’t even going to be a difficult sale. Sad.

Always loved Bentley but now not impressed with the pushy staff that only wanted the sale and helping me was secondary.

Got there just before closing and they still took the time to walk us through our needs and sell us exactly what we went there for. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection, good prices. Very happy - hopefully the product quality is as good.

The previous review is totally putting a false label on the location. I have dealt with the staff personally and can assure you that they are all very polite and we'll trained. I am pleased with every item purchased from the store and will continue to shop there. It is my number 1 for backpack and luggage shopping.
