I can't thank these guys enough! What an amazing job from start to finish! I ordered business cards for my whole team, vinyl signs, and mounted signs for my business. Incredible service, staff, and products!

I would not use this place. It has terrible customer service and the owner hung up on me on the phone. You better ask the right questions and get everything on paper. I was given several thoughts on what they could do for doing a sign for me. The own even said that don't have the time for working with me. Be very careful using this business. Come across friendly but the business is more important than the customer.The owner in his response to my statements talked about badgering??? As I said before you better get it on paper what they tell you. I even had a employee tell me there was miscommunication between what had been told me and the owner response. Asking questions is how you communicate but I was hung up on by the owner during me asking a question. The employee told me they could show me the layout and could change it on the computer. I asked if I would could see it before paying for the sign and he said yes. The fee of 95.00 was not stated until I got a response from the owner. I sent two emails and had to call the business to try to get any help and the owner is using some of the email in this response to what I had said to him. Brake of confidentiality between customer and employee. Again be very careful and get it on paper as I said for sure. Seam to have a good product but customer serving was very confusing. Miss understanding was very present with everyone involved.

Never used this company before. Called and spoke to David about an order we needed done immediately. In less than 2 hours we had a proof, made revisions, paid over the phone, and are able to pick up signs tomorrow. AWESOME WORK - so pleased. Thank you so much!!

They were fairly easy to deal with. I had changed my phone number after I placed the order for my magnetic signs, but it wasn't a problem since it hadn't been set to print yet. I didn't know what size to order so I let the guy measure for me. They came in about 2 inches too tall to fit. It wasn't such a big deal that I needed to have them redone, I just trimmed around my door handles (after making a template) and fit them in perfectly without losing any integrity or information. I like the way it looks better this wayUpdate: Well I was showing a friend a picture of my sign when I realized that I missed the spelling on leathercraft when approving the proof that was sent to be prior to printing. As a sign of good faith the company offered me a discount to have this reprinted with the corrected spelling. They rounded the corners this time which gives it a cleaner look. They offered to resize so it would fit without trimming, but I have had comments from people that they like the way it looks trimmed around the handles. So I kept it the same size. I trimmed the old sign, cut out the wrong spelling and put it on my tailgate. Because of the shape of my tailgate I had to improvise a little

We have Great Northern Printing print the quotes and invoices we use for our customers and just recently had them print our new business cards. They do great work, have superb customer service and they are easy to work with! Their prices are comparable to online businesses and they are local - extra plus! Sammy is great and makes all the tedious changes we send to her. We HIGHLY recommend them.

I have used this locally owned company for nearly 8 years now and have never once been disappointed. Recently, I submitted a crude draft (I'm no artist) of a project I needed asap and they not only turned it into jaw-dropping art, they had it ready in a record 2 days from submission! This place is amazing!!! We called to have a banner made for the Braves state football game and they were the best priced in town, fast, high quality work and the nicest people. I love when people support the community and the kids in it and that's exactly what this business does! Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
