This is a terrible company to work for. They have no safety policy, no regard for their employees, no respect.As long as the CEO can make more money and the VP can cash his commission checks they don't care about anyone or anything else.VP actually lied to get government licences . There is no health and safety policy. They lie to clients about their safety record, there is no recordAverage employment (from HR) is 5.5 months. Every position turned over at least once during 2016. Some positions seen 4-5 different people in 6 months!Working their installers to exhaution, no problem, they are replaceable.... CEO micro manages everything, but knows nothing.99% sure the owner/CEO is bi-polar. You can track his mood with the waning of the moon.Don't leave a paying job for this company you will be treated like garbage and thrown away like Tuesday's trash for no good reason.

Great company to work for if you are ready to WORK.Nice atmosphere with great staff who are dedicated to working together to make the company successful.I have learnt and grown a great deal and won't trade the experience as I continue to strive to be better than the best!I will advice serious minded, hardworking applicants to get on-board the fun train as the growth is impressive.

I had a great experience at safeguard. I'm not to sure why a couple salty ex employees think writing bad reviews takes away from 15+ years of quality work done by Safeguard. It's laughable to see jealous people try and attack the character of an individual who has provided them employment and much more to the community.Thanks Safeguard and I wish you continue success.

I'm honestly not sure of the mental state of the previous commenter.. but I'll share my experience working for Safeguard.I have worked on and off with Safeguard for more then 10 years, over the past 10 years the CEO has been nothing but a respectful hardworking man with a passion to succeed while pushing his employees to be the best they can be. Safeguard was a very small company when I first started working part time and has grown into one of the most recognizable respectable companies in the industry. The new facility on 114th is one of the most modern, safe and enjoyable places to work in the city. I was paid competitive wages with every opportunity to advance within the company.I would definitely recommend Safeguard Industries for employment and to do business. The quality of work over 2 decades speaks for itself.Thanks.
