So when I ordered a plantbased burger I was going to cut my burger in half suddenly felt something hard I couldn't bellive what I found I found a plastic water bottle cap in the burger so please be careful before eating anything. I wish I could give a 0 rating

Every day I go to the food court in the Quinte Mall and get KFC Ron is there as friendly and welcoming as ever. Can’t say enough about his service. I wish I had someone as great as he is at my workplace. Every one could use a Ron. I hope they treat him well there.

I buy the chicken fingers almost weekly and I decided to purchase some in the quinte mall on December 21 2021. I couldn't believe what was in my box when I got home. The 6 fingers for $12.40 should of only cost me $6.00. They were half the size, the breading wasn't the same. I always brag to my friends how good they are, I guess I'll have to keep quiet now.

Big thanks to Ron who gave us such a pleasant smile and welcome earlier today. I've never expected such a wonderful attitude from a fast food restaurant but the kindness that was given to us really made our day. Fantastic humans working at this location!

Ron is hands down the best I’ve ever met! Personalized service, creates value and has an engaging nature about him. Do yourself a favour and visit this KFC to see him in action. Rarely do I leave reviews but with this experience I feel everyone should know where to go!
