My daughter showed a picture of the nails she wanted and they got it exactly how she wanted them. Our pedicures were fantastic as well. Hot stone was a great touch! Fantastic experience!

Customer service is below average. Got a French shellac done the other day late evening. Didn’t realize that the French tip( white part) was not done wide enough. It looks like a week or two old French manicure were you can already see the tip bit grown out and the white polish not fully covering my longnail. I realized this the next day in daylight and went back within less than 48 hrs to request if the tip can be widened a bit. Even before fully listening to what I had to say, the lady jumped and got all defensive. She started saying things as if she was following a script for such situations . I wasn’t there to blame the lady who did my nails at all ( of course she looked at me when she did my first nail, and I nodded). I just wanted to discuss and see what can be done. But their approach was not at all pleasant. They said I need to pay again and get it redone fully and can give me a 15 dollars off, which I politely denied, thanked them (for nothing), smiled and walked away (disappointed of course). It was not about money anymore. It’s the realization that they are one of those nail salons who won’t have the patience to hear their customer out and go the extra mile if and when possible! I definitely won’t drive 20 minutes to Oakville place to them and will happily take my business elsewhere!

Amazing experience! It was my first time getting acrylic nails, I got them done by two wonderful nail techs, Jas and Kim. The nail techs and staff are very kind, I had wonderful conversations with them as I was getting my nails done. Easy to book. Jas did a fantastic job with recreating this nail design, I absolutely adored it for the Valentine's week.

Lovely ladies, great service. Everyone here is friendly and strives to give you exactly what you ask for. Prices are lower than other places in the area, but the quality of their service is phenomenal just the same. Super happy with my most recent set. Shop is clean and well decorated, too.

It was my first time doing my nails here and I won’t be coming back. The tips of my nails were too thick even after I specifically asked for it to be thinned out. It was as if they are preparing me for the military. The design and colour was beautiful the experience was wonderful they were kind and sweet but my nails were not worth paying $65 and they were so uncomfortable I had to take them off the next day.

My gel nails, French manicure and pedicure are absolutely lovely. Was a great experience from beginning to end. All staff friendly. Spa was Clean and relaxing - would recommend.

The place is clean and well organized.The staff are wonderful ! found this hidden gem right in the mall 5 minutes from my house. Kim is my nail technician and she is so good at what she does. So gentle, nice, and does such a lovely job and you can tell she loves what she does when she takes the time to care for her customers.

Went for shellac French pedicure with floral design on toes. Relaxing, hot stones massage, pretty artificial flowers tossed into the water (neat! Feeling like Spring!), pretty decor. Striked up some girl chat with the 3 other ladies also getting pedicures! Great way to spend a rainy Saturday. I was able to walk-in without an appointment. Clean, friendly, complementary coffee/tea/water.

Very nice salon. Lots of nail polish colours to chose from. The actual polish job was ok but not great. The prices are average. I don’t think I’ll return
