The NDCA presented themselves to me as a non for profit organization out to help the disabled. Never once did my agent express that this was a paid service. As a disabled person I struggle to read contracts and asked her to summarize it for me as I trusted her. She said it was only giving them permission to contact my doctors and submit documents on my behalf. Nothing else was mentioned.Charla pushed me through the service quickly and efficiently at first. Once my family received its first amount from the government we received a $300+ bill from the NDCA out of the blue as a complete surprise. I called my rep Charla many times, no answer, we received another bill, called the rep again, no answer, then called the number in the email with the bill, no answer or reply. We got 3 bills one after another and were completely ignored through all of them. Every time I called and left a voice mail no one got back to me. It took 5 contact attempts between phone and email to get someone to acknowledge me. Why did their quick and efficient service go down hill once we got our surprise bill? Because they know they’re taking advantage of the disabled, their reps are crooks out for the commission. I haven’t even heard from my original rep Charla since the bill was sprung on me. For a company representing the disabled they have incredibly bad morals and values. I have never felt so cheated by an organization I trusted.Disgusted by them.

All of these companies are scams. You and your doctor can do this on your own. If you are genuinely disabled and deserve every penny of this money, just talk to your doctor rather than give away thousands for nothing. They will try and take as much as they can and laugh at you.Also, most, if not all of the good comments all sound similar and have many similarities. It's kind of funny that the ratings are either rlly good or really bad.

I wish to convey to the reader my satisfaction with Nat. Dis. Cred. All. Ltd. They did all they said the would do and helped me out a great deal with my taxes. The personal were charming and helpful and help me through the process with no problems. I highly recommend N.D.C.A. to anyone on disability who is having financialproblems at this time should give them a call and see if they can help you. Special thanks to Rhunye Macling.

Our Representative (Charla Santos ) was outstanding in helping us every step of the way to getting all our forms done and with any questions we had. I am very happy that we could get this service for my father. Thank you so much Charla.

My experience so far with this company has been great. They explained everything to me and if I had questions, they always answered it very polite. Divine was a great help and explain things to me and she was very plate to deal with and very helpful!!

The employees were helpful in their explanations of my many questions. My only complaint would be - I was unaware of there being a charge for this financial process as that was not mentioned at all during the original completion of the paperwork.

Totally fraud not legit, very deceiving and vague.They pester people with threatening intimidating emails or calls tricking you to think you owe them for no service at all. When trying to contact them they don't answer calls.They take advantage of poor vulnerable people.They don't provide proof of any payment they may claim they had sent. Big mistake inquiring into this company just to realize is a huge scam. No stars

Harassment when you got someone else to do your taxes. They called me for the first 4 days after the refund claiming responsibly for that refund whereas the someone else called 3 days before and got paid.

I had a great outcome from contacting NDCA. The people were very helpful and kind. The disability tax return was in my bank when Ndca said it would be. I highly recommend people to call Ndca to see if they are eligible for a return. Thank you Ndca..
