Only reason i will give anything more than 1 star is because the CSR woman that helped me on the phone really made up for the absolute atrocious service i got in the Mail Champlain location.The guy working here made a mistake, i came back to fix it, he basically said ''too bad'' and that i would have to pay 180$ to fix it, even though it was his fault. Instead of arguing with him, i took a breath and said 'Okay, it's fine, thanks have a good day' and i left.He then wrote in my Videotron file, some nasty comments about me.

This company is uncool, my father could barely update our data limit, and I just had to ask, Why can't My phone get its data limit updated and expanded to 10 or 15 GB? Serious, why?

I had an awful experience at this store.Misleading information and extremely rude and unprofessional employee.They lie and do not take responsibility for what they say.After I left the store I spent over an hour on hold to file a complaint and I ended up hanging up the phone because no one answers.Save yourself some time and energy and deal with a different provider.

Terrible experience, I was there to ask some information related with my tv service, but the guy told me that he couldn’t do anything, that I should check that online. Almost he wasn’t kind. Worst customer service ever.

*Just to be clear, I'm giving one star `cause if not I can't post my review, but is a -5 stars*My experience here was by far, one of the most terrible experiences that I ever had in a Videotron, terrible customer service, he doesn't even bother to ask for my phone number to see my account, he just keeps asking questions, and he was not understanding anything because he was not accessing my account. Please don't go to this place, way much better service at Quartier Dix30.
